Cabinet Design
Ensure that the difference for the cabinet internal width and drawer internal width is within the tolerance of 26mm
Example:
Cabinet internal width500mm-26mm=474mm
Drawer width=474mm

(1) Ensure that the cabinet and drawer installation is accurate
1. Cabinet internal width should be consistent all the way out.(Fig.1)
2. Ensure that the drawer front and rear width are equal.(Filg.2)
3 . Ensure that the drawer diagonal are equal.(Fig.3)

* Tolerance not more than plus or minus 1mm, in order to ensure the smooth and the buffer function.

(2)Drawer base line
(3)Locked the intermediate member & outer member
1. Align the outer member and the intermediate member with the baseline.
2. The distance between outer members and the cabinet should be the same. (Fig.7)-(Fig.8)

* To avoid internal rail lock is not parallel or up and down, resulting in failure of the mechanism and the four corner can not show the buffer effect.

(4)Push forward the Ball Retainer
Push the ball retainers between the outer members and the intermediate members to the forefront.(Fig.9)

* To avoid pushing into the drawer when the force is not properly or not aligned, resulting in the destruction of the bead groove.

(5)Insert drawer into the cabinet
Insert drawer members into cabinet members as indicated and push the drawer until is closed.(Fig.10)

* Slowly push to prevent the deformation of the rail.

Cabinet evaluation check
Check the spacing on both sides of the assembled:
Please check the 12.7~13.4 if press open the drawer not smooth movement. (Fig.12)
